Louise is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and provides strategic leadership, oversight, and governance as Company Secretary and Data Protection Controller to deliver the Trust’s visions and aims.

Originally seconded from the University of Chichester, Louise established the HR provision at the Trust and has been fundamental in the shaping of the Trust. Today, she leads and maintains strategic oversight of HR, whilst acting as Project Lead when schools join the Trust family.

Living the Trust’s values of lifelong learning, Louise has achieved two PgDip in Business Management and HR. In 2018, she was awarded a distinction for completing a Masters focused on recruitment, retention and wellbeing.
